Crash Replacement Policy Conditions
- To qualify you must provide your name, order number and photo of the damaged item.
- Crash replacement discounts only work on same or like items.
- Special edition items and sale items are not eligible for a crash replacement discount.
- The crash replacement discount varies from item to item and we take in consideration the custom team pricing which varies from team to team based on sponsorship and order quantity.
- Crash replacements for custom team items must be redeemed during an order window
- Normal wear and tear from use does not qualify for a crash replacement discount.
- Arm & Leg Warmers, Base Layers, and accessories are not eligible for crash replacement.
